Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies for ICT solutions, including cloud computing, cybersecurity, software, networking, and hardware solutions.
    • Set monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals in alignment with the company’s objectives.
    • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and customer needs.
  2. Client Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their technology needs and providing tailored solutions.
    • Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction and engagement.
    • Address client concerns and inquiries promptly to maintain trust and loyalty.
  3. Sales Process and Execution:
    • Lead the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closing deals.
    • Conduct presentations, product demos, and workshops to showcase ICT solutions and their benefits to prospective clients.
    • Coordinate with technical teams to ensure accurate, timely, and cost-effective delivery of solutions.
  4. Team Leadership and Development:
    • Recruit, mentor, and manage a team of sales representatives to meet and exceed targets.
    • Provide ongoing training, coaching, and feedback to improve team performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (5+ years) in sales, ideally within the ICT industry.
  • Strong knowledge of ICT solutions, including software, hardware, networking, and cybersecurity.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and managing a high-performing team.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
