Overview

Our client, a growing ICT solutions company, is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Executive to drive business growth by promoting and selling technology-based solutions and services. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying potential clients, presenting tailored ICT offerings, and closing deals that align with customer needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Acquisition: Identify, engage, and convert potential clients across various industries in need of ICT solutions.

  • Solution Selling: Present and sell ICT services such as software development, cloud services, networking, cybersecurity, IT infrastructure, and managed services.

  • Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Market Research: Monitor industry trends, competitors, and market developments to identify business opportunities.

  • Proposal Development: Prepare and present technical and financial proposals, quotations, and presentations customized to client requirements.

  • Target Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.

  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of leads, opportunities, and interactions using CRM tools.

  • Collaboration: Work closely with technical teams to ensure the solutions offered are feasible and accurately scoped.

  • Feedback Loop: Gather customer feedback and relay insights to product and service teams for continuous improvement.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

  • Experience: Minimum of 2–4 years of sales experience in the ICT or technology industry.

  • Skills:

  • Strong understanding of ICT products and services (cloud, networking, software, etc.).

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Ability to translate technical features into business benefits.

  • Proficiency with CRM tools and Microsoft Office Suite.
