Overview

Our client, a leading ICT solutions provider, is seeking a well-rounded Technical Solutions Engineer to support both pre-sales and post-sales functions. This role involves engaging clients with technical expertise during the sales process, implementing customized ICT solutions, and offering ongoing technical support. The ideal candidate is a problem-solver with a strong understanding of enterprise IT systems and a passion for delivering quality solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

 Pre-Sales Support

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and recommend suitable ICT solutions.

  • Design and present technical proposals, system architectures, and proof-of-concept demos.

  • Participate in client meetings and deliver presentations on technical capabilities.

  • Prepare solution documents, RFP/RFQ responses, diagrams, and bills of materials (BOMs).

 Implementation

  • Lead or assist in deploying ICT infrastructure, including networks, servers, cloud systems, cybersecurity tools, and software platforms.

  • Install, configure, and test hardware and software components based on the solution architecture.

  • Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure timely and successful project delivery.

  • Perform system integration and user acceptance testing (UAT).

Post-Sales Support

  • Provide first-line and escalated technical support to clients after deployment.

  • Monitor system performance and resolve issues within defined SLAs.

  • Deliver end-user training, documentation, and handover.

  • Track client feedback and support lifecycle improvements or upgrades.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in ICT, Computer Engineering, Information Systems, or related discipline.

  • Experience: 3–5 years in a similar technical role involving solution design, project delivery, and client support.

  • Certifications (preferred):

    • Cisco (CCNA/CCNP), Microsoft (MCSA/Azure), AWS/GCP

    • CompTIA Security+, Fortinet NSE, VMware VCP

    • ITIL Foundation or Project+ (for support/project handling)
