Overview

The Talent, Learning, and Development Manager will be responsible for designing, implementing, and managing comprehensive talent development programs that align with the bank’s strategic objectives. This role will focus on enhancing employee skills, fostering career development, and ensuring a high level of employee engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Talent Development:
    • Identify talent gaps and create targeted development programs.
    • Collaborate with department heads to develop succession planning and leadership pipelines.
    • Implement mentoring and coaching initiatives to enhance employee growth.
  2. Learning Strategy:
    • Develop and execute a learning and development strategy aligned with organizational goals.
    • Design and deliver training programs, workshops, and e-learning modules.
    • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and continuously improve them based on feedback.
  3. Employee Engagement:
    • Foster a culture of continuous learning and development within the organization.
    • Conduct needs assessments and employee surveys to gauge training needs and engagement levels.
    • Partner with HR to enhance employee experience and retention strategies.
  4. Compliance and Best Practices:
    • Ensure all learning initiatives comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards.
    • Stay updated on the latest trends in talent development and learning technologies.
    • Prepare reports and metrics to track the success of learning programs.
  5. Team Leadership:
    • Lead and mentor the Learning and Development team, fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.
    • Manage the budget for training and development initiatives.
    • Collaborate with external vendors and consultants as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • Minimum of [5-7] years of experience in talent development, training, or a related role, preferably in the banking or financial services sector.
  • Strong knowledge of learning management systems (LMS) and training methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
  • Proven ability to analyze training needs and develop effective programs.
