Develop Workshop Operation Policies and Procedures

Establish Workshop related Procedures; Standard Operating Procedures and Work Instructions for tasks as and when required.  

 

 

Reviewing the existing policies and SoPs and developing others where there is a need.

Development of Workshop working Inspections Procedures  

Number of reefs developed within the first month of joining

KRA 2: PLANNING
Planning tooling for workshop staff   

Physical Tooling report on weekly basis

Forecasting of parts usage Forecasting reports on parts usage within the first week of joining
Monitoring staff start and finish times
