Job Description

The Sales Supervisor is responsible to manage Key Accounts and overseeing the daily activities of Sales Representatives engaged in promoting and selling the company’s products to meet and achieve the set target.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Handle and manage Key Customers. (Key Wholesalers, Semi Wholesalers, Supermarkets and Retailers)
  • Serves customers by selling Company’s products and meeting customer needs.
  • Update customer database regularly.
  • All Credit customers must sign the company’s agreement authorized by the Accounts Manager or Branch Manager.
  • You must reconcile your customers’ accounts on weekly basis with the Accounts Manager or any designated person.
  • You will be selling the products at the company’s price list authorized by the Accounts Manager or Branch Manager.
  • Be knowledgeable about the company’s products & services.
  • Communicate to Customers the features, benefits, and values of a company’s products & services to drive sales
  • Stay up to date with the latest sales trends & best practices.
  • Design & implement the Route to Market strategy for Sales Representatives and make sure all Sales Reps adhere to the assigned itinerary.
  • Setting individual sales targets with the sales force.
  • Overseeing the activities and performance of the sales force.
  • Manage, guide, develop, coach, control, and motivate the sales force to develop their skill to ensure that a high professional standard is achieved and monthly sales target and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators) targets are met.
  • Conduct and oversee the promotional activities & product launches.
  • Identify emerging (developing) markets and market shifts (Changing) while being fully aware of new products and competition status.

  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by customers and deal with grievances to maintain trust.
  • Prepare and submit weekly & monthly Sales reports by Principals wise & by Sales Representative wise.
  • Organize Sales Representatives’ weekly meetings.
  • Answer potential customer questions and follow-up call questions.
  • Ensure all route sales vehicles must leave to market by 7:30 AM and returns at 3:30 PM on daily basis.
  • Ensure all route sales vehicles reconcile stocks and cash on a daily basis. In case of any stocks or cash, shortages reports to Sales Manager or Accounts Manager immediately.
  • Ensure all route sales vehicles are reconciled and loaded for the next day between 4:00 to 5:30 PM.
  • Ensure all distribution vehicles are in good mechanical condition.
  • Recruit, hire and train new Sales Representatives.
  • Attend sales meetings, educational events, and seminars.
  • Takes up and performs any other duty as it may be assigned.
