|CONTEXT AND PURPOSE OF THE ROLE|
|In the context of the company vision of being a leading East African Paints producer, maximizing shareholder value through growth, innovation and efficient, low cost operations; The primary accountability of this role is to handle a sales team with the main objective to supervise, guide & support in order to sales & marketing objectives set by the organization….simultaneously have to handle certain key accounts.|
