JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Experience: 10+ years, Handling the B2C industry, all around Africa, for Distribution of our carbonated Soft Drinks, Juice Brands, Club Soda, & Water brands.
  • Area of operations: Setting Distribution channels across neighboring countries.
  • Team Management role or not. : YES
  • Reporting to: Sales Head.

Education:  MBA Preferably with Sales Marketing, Experience in Technical process Sales

Job Description.

  • – Travelling within the country & outside the country to create a better Distributor network & generation business.
  • – Delivery without excuses.
  • – Traveling overseas for business development and brand promotion.
  • – Exploring the market, Finding out New Buyers, contacting them, and developing business.
  • – Develop and evaluate Vendor for supplying goods
  • – Looking for trading opportunities in the defined territory.
  • – Adopting the correct market entry strategies and aligning Organizational resources accordingly.
  • – Effective Execution of the individual country plan
  • – Develop and execute pricing and market strategy.
  • – Develop Checks and control to monitor performance.
  • – Excellent communication skills & negotiation skills
  • -International commercial transactions rules: Pre-defined commercial terms used in international commercial transactions which stipulate clear tasks, costs and risks associated with the delivery of goods and services. (Understanding of freight, cost, time, risks, penalties, etc.).
  • -International import-export regulations. Know the principles that govern the import and export of products and equipment, trade restrictions, health and safety measures, licenses, etc.
