PURPOSE OF THE JOB
Responsible for providing support in various human resource functions, which include recruitment, conditions of employment, salary and wages administration, manpower planning training and development, performance monitoring, and employee counseling.
Responsible for providing advice and assistance to supervisors and staff information related to training needs and opportunities, job descriptions, performance reviews, and human resource policies of the Company.
