Reporting	General Manager/Managing Director
Job Mission	The purpose of this role is to maintain & monitor all heavy earth-moving equipment.
Position Objective & Responsibilities	· Keep track of all earth-moving equipment with a personalized ID system. · Ensure timely maintenance of all earth-moving equipment · Assist the existing head of mechanics to troubleshoot and solve equipment breakdowns · Minimize equipment breakdowns as well as parts consumed · Oversee issuance of diesel, consumption patterns as well as lubricant consumption · Coordinate with GM/Director on all machinery breakdowns & number of machines up · Help with parts purchasing as well as coordination on local purchasing · Reduce emergency purchasing and requisition · Instill preventive maintenance system with monitoring system · Frequently visit all sites and inspect machines with the ground team · Coordinate with GM on machinery needs, maintenance needs, and developing a strong maintenance team
Qualifications	Bachelor’s degree – mechanical engineering & heavy earth moving equipment experience
Experience	Minimum 5-8 year experience in heavy earth moving equipment field
